About Business Tier Building Care

Business Tier Building Care (BTBC) was founded in 2020 by Tyrell Denney with a clear vision: to bring structure, reliability, and long term partnership to the commercial property services industry.

BTBC was established to address a common challenge within the industry, fragmented vendors, inconsistent standards, and limited operational accountability. The company was designed to simplify property management through centralized service coordination and disciplined execution. 

From the beginning, BTBC was built on defined service scopes, structured scheduling, and quality control systems. Early groundwork focused on operational consistency and detail- driven standards that continue to guide the firm today.

As demand evolved, so did the company's structure. Rather than operating as a single service provider, BTBC expanded into a multi-division commercial property firm that allows property managers to consolidate services under one accountable partner.

Today, BTBC operates through three core divisions: Janitorial, Valet Trash services, and Building & grounds upkeep

All services are delivered through structured recurring schedules designed to support quality control, operational efficiency, and scalable growth across professionally managed properties.
