Founded and created by Tyrell Denney in 2020, BTBC LLC - Commercial Property Solutions was originally know as By The Beach Cleaning, a turnover cleaning company serving vacation rentals and short term stays. Built on reliability, attention to detail, and consistency, the company quickly earned trust in a fast paced cleaning market.

But early on, I realized that wasn't enough and not what I wanted my company to be about. I didn't want to be just another "cleaning company" As our vision expanded, so did our direction. We identified a gap in the commercial property market and shifted from vacation rental and short term stay cleaning to becoming a full service commercial property firm with three core divisions: Janitorial, valet trash, and property upkeep.

Today, BTBC now stands for "Business Tier Building Care" because we're not just cleaning buildings, we're elevating the entire property experience interior and exterior. We strategically operate on a 1-3 day per week service schedule, allowing us to deliver consistent, high quality results while maintaining flexibility, efficiency, and scalability across all three divisions.
