About Business Tier Building Care

Business Tier Building Care ( BTBC) was founded in 2020 by Tyrell Denney, with a focus on reliability, structure, and long term partnerships within the commercial property space.

From the outset, BTBC was built on disciplined operations and hands on experience across a range of property environments. That early groundwork helped establish the operational standards, service expectations, and attention to detail that continue to guide the company today.

As the business evolved, so did the vision. Rather than operate as a single-scope service provider, BTBC identified a clear need within the commercial property market: Property managers required fewer vendors, clearer communication, and dependable execution across multiple scopes of work. In response, BTBC transitioned into a structure commercial property services firm designed to meet those needs.

Today, BTBC operates through three core divisions: Janitorial services, Valet trash services, and property & grounds upkeep. All services are delivered on 1-5 days per week schedules, supporting  consistent quality, operational efficiency, and scalability across the properties we serve

BTBC partners with multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties to maintain clean, functional, and well presented environments, interior and exterior while operating as a dependable, long term vendor.
